TE Property was founded in June 2021 by Elizabeth & Tanya, 2 independent female entrepreneurs with a shared vision to create and develop their own NI based property development company. Both directors value the power of collaboration and recognised that by combining their individual skills through working together, they would create a more successful business.
TE Property has built a diverse network of highly qualified and experienced industry experts and consultants which they use to guide and manage every project. Collaborating such knowledge and shared ideas, enables TE Property to produce the highest standard of quality in their work.

Elizabeth Johnston MacManus
Elizabeth has had a wide and varied business career over the last twenty years starting in executive recruitment and project management in Hong Kong and Tokyo after emigrating, post-graduation, from Ulster University. Her degree was in media and her first passion, theatre studies. On her return home she led a commercial sales team in the print and emerging online listings space. A little over a year later she resigned to co-establish a company in the rapidly evolving online media and leisure space.
From that first company, Elizabeth went on to become a director & shareholder of a range of technology and media companies based in Northern Ireland but operating throughout the UK, Asia and US markets. Ultimately, a very successful exit was achieved with a purchase by Perform Media Group Plc, in 2011. Through all of those times and now, professionally, Elizabeth has been successfully buying, restoring and selling residential property while picking up a formal qualification in Interior Design along the way. The personal vehicle for this work is now Johnston Properties Ltd which she runs alongside her work with Tanya in TEPropertyNI.
Elizabeth is also co-founder and director of TEM Investments Ltd which focuses mainly on larger scale commercial developments.
Tanya McGeehan
Tanya has been involved in residential property development in NI, for over 15 years. The first 10 years was spent working in her family’s property business. She founded MCG Investments in 2017 which focuses on refurbishing distressed properties into high quality family homes, with a transaction value of over £2mn.
Since then she has founded 3 further companies – MCG Construction Services in 2020 which provides a property sourcing consultancy business for private clients; TE Property NI was founded in 2021 to grow the development side of the business for small-to-medium sized commercial-to-residential and new build sites and most recently, TEM Investments was founded in January 2022 to develop larger scale, developments.
